Our property is newly rehabbed, cozy, and comfortable with lots of amenities. There’s a queen bed in the main room with a twin over full bunkbed with a twin trundle that pulls out to accommodate 6. We have big screen smart TVs, washer, and dryer, ironing board, and comfortable furniture close to everything.

Tim is such an amazing host. His place Simple Comfort had everything we needed and more. The place was pristine, had many amenities, and board games. We loved the couches, the extra snacks, coffee, creamer and all the extras. Please don’t hesitate to book your stay at Simple Comfort, you won’t regret it.

Great place to stay in town! Very comfortable and looked exactly like the pictures. The location was perfect to get to restraunts and was very close to The Rolling Pin (the best donuts around). The beds were comfortable and the whole place felt like home for a night. Tim was so responsive and polite. I would choose to stay here again next time I come back to Owensboro.
