Our property is newly rehabbed, cozy, and comfortable with lots of amenities. There’s a queen bed in the main room with a twin over full bunkbed with a twin trundle that pulls out to accommodate 6. We have big screen smart TVs, washer, and dryer, ironing board, and comfortable furniture close to everything.

The house was spotless and was very well stocked! They had snacks, coffee and lots of supplies. Tim was extremely helpful and quick to respond to my questions. I highly recommend this house for anyone wanting a perfect home away from home.

This was technically my first Airbnb experience, and it went smoothly! I was in a hurry to find a place to host my son's birthday celebration. Tim was quick to respond and even helped walk me through the verification process. Upon entering, we discovered a little cake with a note wishing my son a happy birthday- such a thoughtful thing to do! Everything was perfect. We felt completely accommodated. I will most definitely choose simple comfort homes to stay at in the future.
