Our property is newly rehabbed, cozy, and comfortable with lots of amenities. There’s a queen bed in the main room with a twin over full bunkbed with a twin trundle that pulls out to accommodate 6. We have big screen smart TVs, washer, and dryer, ironing board, and comfortable furniture close to everything.

There are lots to do close to our property, such as holiday world, the sports Center, the convention center, as well as coffee shops, restaurants, parks, etc.

The place was great, easy check in, very accommodating. Place was super clean and had a lot to entertain the family. Street parking was fine since it was at a short dead end. I recommend this place if anyone is needing a place to stay in the area.

We were only passing through the area so we only stayed one night, but the house was great! Loved the open feel and all the small details that made this place feel like home (even for just one night). Will definitely choose again if we are ever in the area!!

I loved that is was absolutely everything you needed and nothing you didn't. The home was extremely clean. There was no pet odor or knick knacks that were begging to be dusted. Everything from soap to shampoo was supplied. They were definitely generous host. Everything was fine for what my visit involved. Had been there for leisure I would have liked the backyard to have privacy.

Tim is such an amazing host. His place Simple Comfort had everything we needed and more. The place was pristine, had many amenities, and board games. Great place to stay in town! Very comfortable and looked exactly like the pictures. The location was perfect to get to restraunts and was very close to The Rolling Pin (the best donuts around). The beds were comfortable and the whole place felt like home for a night. Tim was so responsive and polite. I would choose to stay here again next time I come back to Owensboro.

Tim was an amazing host! He let us know as soon as we were able to check in, sent us some coupons for local places, had snacks and coffee for us at the house. It was an all around great stay! His house is beautiful!
